Reg Yeow BDS
Reg qualified at King’s College Hospital, London, in 2001. In 2002 he worked in the restorative dentistry department at Birmingham Dental School for one year and after this he moved to Dorset and has worked in general practice until the present day.
Reg has a special interest in dental implants and completed a Master’s Degree in Dental Implantology from Bristol University in 2018. He now receives referrals from local colleagues.

Graham Rees BDS
Graham qualified from University of Birmingham in 1988. He worked for a number of years in the West Midlands, moving down to Dorset in 1996.
He has extensive experience in all aspects of dental care, owning and running several practices in
Bournemouth and Poole.
His main interests are General Dentistry, Invisalign Orthodontics and Aesthetic Dentistry.
In home life Graham has 4 children and has interests in circuit racing, camping and having fun on the water.

Andy Thomas BDS MJDF RCS (Eng) MFDS RCS(Ed)
Andy qualified from Birmingham University in 1990 and spent the following year completing vocational training on the Trent scheme based at the Queen’s medical centre in Nottingham. After spending some years as an associate, he returned to Birmingham Dental School to work on the Oral Medicine clinics and the final year student clinics as a demonstrator.
He bought his own practice in Swanage in 1997 and owned it for 18 years before selling it in 2015 and starting work at Southampton General hospital in the oral surgery department. He now spends his time trying to balance three careers as a General Dental Practitioner specialising in taking teeth out, his work at the hospital and as a Cycling tour guide leader in Mallorca.

As a Denplan lecturer in the recent past his main areas of lecturing interest lay in the early detection of head and neck cancer.
Andy is married with two grown up children. He is often found riding one of his bikes.

Teresa Martin BDS
Teresa acquired Westbourne Dental Surgery in 2012 and ran the practice single-handedly until she was joined by Reg and Lido as partners in 2020. She graduated from university of Birmingham in 1989. After university, she worked in continuously in a group family practice in the West Midlands for 12 years before moving to Poole in 2004. She enjoys all aspects of general practice including cosmetic treatment and orthodontic corrective treatment with aligners
She is particularly passionate about helping nervous patients to overcome their fears and become confident, regular, attenders.
Teresa is married with 3 grown up children and enjoys a variety of hobbies including running, spending quality time with her family and walking her cockapoo, Maya!

Lido Badawy BDS
Lido qualified from University of Birmingham in 1988. After a period in the West Midlands which included some Orthodontic Training at The Corbett Hospital, he moved to Dorset in 1994.
He has extensive experience in all aspects of dental care, previously running several practices in Bournemouth and Poole. He joined Teresa in Westbourne in 2019 and together with Reg has seen the practice modernise to its current form.
His main interests are General Dentistry and Orthodontics.
Outside of Dentistry Lido has 4 grown up children and can be seen in the sea early mornings or dinghy racing from Parkstone Yacht Club throughout the year.

Victoria Hillson BDS
Victoria completed her training at Cardiff Dental School, moving back to the Southwest of England to be a part of the Westbourne Dental team. She has a growing interest in Endodontic procedures, Orthodontics and treatment involving digital aided dentistry.
Victoria is currently preparing to take the second examination to gain the prestigious MFDS qualification from the Royal College of Surgeons and is hoping to attain the Associate Fellowship of Higher Education for her work with the education platform for dental undergraduates – DentEazy.
Outside of dentistry, Victoria practises martial arts, classical singing and plays the violin. She also likes to hike, cook and teaches a variety of foreign languages to children.

Jodie Batten
After working as a dental nurse for over 16 years in the local area I decided to apply to study dental hygiene and therapy at Portsmouth University.
I graduated summer 2022 and recently joined the team at Westbourne Dental practice, I love my job as a dental hygiene/therapist and I am passionate about helping people improve their oral hygiene and their smile. Away from work I enjoy spending time with my family and friends.

Leianne Spaulding
Leianne qualified as a Dental Hygienist and Therapist in 2002 having completed 3 years of
training at the Eastman Dental Institute and graduated from Royal College of Surgeons, London. Leianne regularly attends hygiene and therapy meetings and has continued her professional development in periodontal therapy, paediatric dentistry, CPR and cross-infection control to name a few. In 2020 she also completed a dental radiography course on prescribing and interpreting radiographs and in 2024 a course to enable to supply and administer medications. Leianne is also a member of BSDHT.
She is a very friendly and caring person and great with the treatment of nervous patients and has a very gentle manner and will always go the extra mile to ensure a comfortable experience and is dedicated to providing exceptional care for our patients.
Leianne is a wife and mum to three daughters and in her spare time she enjoys the gym and netball. She also has a dog and loves beach walks with her friends and family and loves to travel.

Vicky Boult
This is Vicky, one of our wonderful hygiene therapists.
Vicky first started with the team back in 2014 as a trainee dental nurse. In between then and now, Vicky has worked in Special care dentistry and pursued her ambition as a Dental Hygiene Therapist, where she qualified from the University of Portsmouth Dental Academy in 2021. She particularly enjoys treating and educating children on ways to help improve their Oral Health and prevent future disease.
Vicky loves living on the South Coast and recently got married by the sea in Ibiza, to husband Jake.
They both have a passion for health and fitness, and often compete together in competitions across the UK.

Erin Oliver BDS
Erin graduated from the University of Bristol in 2024 and joins us for a year while completing her foundation training. Drawn to the South Coast by its stunning beaches and endless outdoor activities in the New Forest and Dorset, Erin is excited to be part of the community. She’s passionate about sharing her knowledge and showing that visiting the dentist doesn’t have to be a daunting experience.
While she’s still exploring whether to pursue a specialist path, she loves educating patients on oral health and how small lifestyle changes can have a big impact on your teeth.
Outside of work, Erin is an avid gym-goer, rugby player, and occasional 10k runner—often at the encouragement of her partner (and the promise of an ice cream at the end!)
